This notice covers this website. How we handle data as part of a service you buy from us is set out in your service agreement.
The Website Terms of Use cover how this website may be used.
3. Information you give us
The Talk to a Network Engineer dialog and Contact page use a WordPress enquiry form. The Requirement Brief prepares your requirements and passes them to that form for you to review before submitting.
They ask for your name, company, work email and phone number, the location of your site and what you need help with. You can also add details such as your site’s status, the number of locations, a second connection path or a short description of the requirement.
Choosing Send enquiry transmits your details to this website for server-side processing through Fluent Forms. The submitted enquiry is stored in the WordPress database for authorized administrators to review. It is not sent through your own email app.
Before you submit, the Requirement Brief keeps its working details in the page. Submitted entries remain stored until an administrator deletes them; no automatic entry-deletion period is configured.
If you email or call us directly, we receive what you send or tell us.
